When it comes to thermocouple accessories, HELUKABEL offers a comprehensive range of products that are compatible with all commonly applied sensors. The use of the correct cabling guarantees optimum and accurate results, free from error caused by intermediate connections between the probe and the transmitter. Such problems can be mitigated/eliminated by using thermoelectric cables (i.e. cables made of the same materials as the connector used for measurement) or compensating cables, which are made of materials with properties similar to those of the probe material. The HELUKABEL products presented here belong to the latter group, which, in addition to accurately reproducing the resistance of the connector, is also distinguished by competitive prices.

Thermocouple cables are applied for precision temperature measurement in the field of control technology – they make it possible to control extreme thermal conditions in boilers, heat exchangers, refrigeration plants, etc. Given the specific nature of these applications, selected products are protected with highly resistant steel wire or fibreglass braids. They feature from 1 to 24 cores and therefore can be used to perform multi-point measurements that are necessary to control industrial processes. Note that the HELUKABEL range includes compensation cables for J, K, L, N, R, S, and hybrid type probes.
